Description
The 24GHz mmWave Sensor for XIAO - Human Static Presence is a powerful extension board for the XIAO development platform. FMCW (Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave) technology and advanced signal processing algorithms enable this module to detect and accurately classify human targets in an indoor environment with exceptional sensitivity. This module can discern between both moving and stationary states and also provides auxiliary information such as calculating target distance in real-time.
It utilizes ultra-modern 24GHz mmWave radar sensing technology, providing remarkable benefits for detecting human bodies. It boasts an impressive level of sensitivity to movement, even at an almost imperceptible level, enabling it to detect not only moving people but also seated and lying down individuals, exceeding the performance of traditional technology.
This 24GHz mmWave Sensor for XIAO offers a maximum range of 5 meters and up to ±60 degrees in its detection angle, ensuring accurate object recognition. The range can be split into multiple sections, blocking outside noise. Furthermore, it offers Bluetooth access, permitting radar parameter debugging without the need for a serial port connection through a special application.
Furthermore, the module demonstrates excellent environmental adaptability by maintaining consistent sensing performance regardless of temperature, brightness, humidity, or light fluctuations. Its shell penetration capability eliminates the need for surface perforations, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the product. The module offers flexible configuration options for the farthest sensing distance and sensitivity, enabling personalized and fine-tuned setups.

Receipt of deliveries
Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted where delivery is by courier. If delivery is by courier and nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery when delivery is attempted then the courier may either:
- leave the relevant parcel at the unattended address (the courier will do so if specified in your delivery requirements); or
- re-attempt delivery at a later time or date, in which case we may charge you an additional re-delivery fee.
