Introducing the Sphero BOLT+ Upgrade Program!
Sphero is constantly working to improve its product lineup to support students’ and teachers’ needs and interests. The new Sphero BOLT+ robot has been designed for education, with educator feedback playing a crucial role in its development. It enriches teaching and provides endless learning opportunities.
The new Sphero Upgrade Program applies to BOLT education owners who have old robots (working or otherwise) and are willing to return them to the Australian distributor in Melbourne. This gives you the opportunity to "trade-in" your old robots and purchase the Sphero BOLT+ or Sphero BOLT+ Education 15 Power Pack at a substantial discount.
How Does the Program Work?
- Do you have 15 single Sphero BOLT robots or a BOLT Power Pack (working or otherwise) that you wish to upgrade to Sphero BOLT+ robots?
- Are you able to return the BOLT products back to the Australian Distributor located in Melbourne at your cost once a return authorisation (RMA) is supplied?
If you answered ‘Yes” to both, then place your order with us.
Note: 15 BOLT robots being returned qualifies for one BOLT+ 15 Power Pack at the upgrade price.
Upgrade Procedure
- Place your upgrade order with us.
- We will send you a document with an RMA number and return address.
- Box and return the correct number of robots and charging bases to the address shown on the document at your cost with a copy of the RMA attached to the outside of the box .
- When your old robots have been received by the Melbourne warehouse and checked, your upgrade order will be dispatched.
Note
- Return of the old BOLT products back to the Australian Distributor located in Melbourne is at your cost.
- Old blue charging cases are not to be returned saving you freight costs.
- Old charging bases should be returned with your robots.
- Old robots are disposed of via an e-waste program.

Dispatch time
Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will not commence delivery of an order until we have received cleared payment of the purchase price in full.
All orders placed before 11 am AEST (Monday to Friday) will ordinarily be processed on the same day.
We will endeavour to ship the Products by the applicable time indicated on the website, but all times are indicative only. All shipping times are dispatch times only, and actual delivery dates will depend on the shipping method chosen, delivery address and delivery service provider.

We ship all products throughout mainland Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand - Including Darwin, Melbourne, Sydney, Tasmania, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, all metro and regional areas but do not deliver to areas in Australia where the Australia Post delivery network is not available.

Receipt of deliveries
Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted where delivery is by courier. If delivery is by courier and nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery when delivery is attempted then the courier may either:
- leave the relevant parcel at the unattended address (the courier will do so if specified in your delivery requirements); or
- re-attempt delivery at a later time or date, in which case we may charge you an additional re-delivery fee.
Note that if a delivery is left unattended at the shipping address and is subsequently stolen then the theft is your responsibility, not ours.
