Compared to other single board Linux computers, what differentiates the BeagleBone is that it has multiple I2C, SPI and UART peripherals (many boards only have one of each), built in hardware PWMs, analog inputs, and two separate 200MHz microcontroller system called the PRU that can handle real-time tasks like displaying to RGB matrix displays or NeoPixels.
It's not too much larger than our Feathers, but comes with 72 expansion pin headers, high-speed USB, 8 analog pins, 44 digital I/Os, and plenty of digital interface peripherals.
You can also add a USB host connection by wiring a USB A socket to the broken out USB host connections labeled VI, D+, D-, ID and GND. Then plug in any USB Ethernet, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi device with available Linux drivers.

mediocreit takes days to do things a esp32 does in seconds or real linux does instantlybasic python gpio is not installedinternet never works for me on usb so the product was not usable till I made a usb adapter.I only program in python now on my phone, computer or esp32. I use to do this for a living in many languages and money would not drag me backwards to c programmingand this ****** toy wants me to program neopixels in c. badly. the software interface is good. the speed runs circles around the pi zerow.as a toy it is ok. but I would never use it in a project

Receipt of deliveries
Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted where delivery is by courier. If delivery is by courier and nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery when delivery is attempted then the courier may either:

- re-attempt delivery at a later time or date, in which case we may charge you an additional re-delivery fee.
