Equipped with an advanced 2.79 CFM fan and featuring fluid dynamic bearings for maximum noise reduction and a long lifespan, this Official Raspberry Pi Foundation Raspberry Pi 5 Case + Fan utilizes a four-pin JST connector to provide precise temperature-controlled cooling. The integrated fan draws air through a 360-degree slot under the lid, directs it over a heatsink attached to the BCM2712 AP, and then exhausts it through specially designed apertures and vents in the base.
The Raspberry Pi Foundation has extended the size of the case and improved the retention features to allow for easy insertion of the Raspberry Pi 5 board without removing the SD card. By removing the top of the case, users can now stack multiple cases and attach HATs, bonnets, berets, etc. on top of the fan using spacers and GPIO header extensions. These modifications provide increased versatility and functionality for users.
This enclosure is not compatible with the Raspberry Pi Model 2, 3, 4, A, B, or B+!

Dispatch time
Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will not commence delivery of an order until we have received cleared payment of the purchase price in full.
All orders placed before 11 am AEST (Monday to Friday) will ordinarily be processed on the same day.

Receipt of deliveries
Deliveries to post office boxes are not permitted where delivery is by courier. If delivery is by courier and nobody is available at the delivery address to accept delivery when delivery is attempted then the courier may either:
- leave the relevant parcel at the unattended address (the courier will do so if specified in your delivery requirements); or
- re-attempt delivery at a later time or date, in which case we may charge you an additional re-delivery fee.
Note that if a delivery is left unattended at the shipping address and is subsequently stolen then the theft is your responsibility, not ours.
